SDCC 2026 Unveils Massive Comics Programming and Exclusive Covers

San Diego Comic-Con International has officially unveiled its programming lineup for July 2026, and comic collectors have plenty to be excited about. Marvel has announced five convention-exclusive variants, including a limited foil edition of Amazing Spider-Man #65 limited to just 500 copies. DC Comics counters with a Jim Lee-illustrated Batman #155 variant that will only be available at the DC booth.

Independent publishers are getting in on the action too. Image Comics will offer an exclusive Saga hardcover with a convention-only dust jacket, while Boom! Studios brings a special foil Something Is Killing the Children #25 that's already generating pre-con buzz.
