Hot Toys has officially revealed the Deadpool & Wolverine 1/6 Scale Collectible Set, and it's everything MCU collectors have been waiting for. The two-pack features Ryan Reynolds' irreverent mercenary alongside Hugh Jackman's Wolverine—complete with the yellow suit that fans have demanded since 2000's X-Men.

What's in the Box

This isn't a cheap cash-in. Hot Toys has packed this set with premium features:

  • Deadpool (12.5"): 30+ points of articulation, tailored fabric suit, magnetic sheaths for katanas
  • Wolverine (12"): 30+ points of articulation, comic-accurate yellow suit with practical fabric elements
  • Deadpool Heads: 3 swappable expressions (masked smirk, squint, and "O-face")
  • Wolverine Heads: 3 options—masked, unmasked with neutral expression, and unmasked with snarl
  • Weapons Arsenal: 2 katanas, 4 throwing knives, 2 Desert Eagles, Wolverine's classic claws (extended and retracted)
  • Base: Diorama base depicting the Void from the film, with LED-illuminated Time Door

"This is the definitive Wolverine figure," says Hot Toys product designer Mark Tan. "We've waited years for the yellow suit to appear in live action. We weren't going to waste the opportunity."

The Yellow Suit Finally Arrives

After 24 years of cinematic X-Men, Wolverine's iconic yellow costume is finally getting its moment. Hot Toys worked directly with Marvel Studios to ensure accuracy to the film design, which incorporates practical fabric elements over an armored base.

The suit features:

  • Tailored cowl with separate neck piece for maximum articulation
  • Shoulder armor that doesn't impede arm movement
  • Practical belt with removable pouches (yes, really)
  • Boots with hidden ankle articulation

Paint and Sculpt Details

Hot Toys' new "HyperReal" printing technique is on full display here. The unmasked Wolverine head sculpt captures Hugh Jackman's features with disturbing accuracy—including the graying temples and weathered skin that signify this is an older, wearier Logan.

Deadpool's suit uses actual fabric over an armored underbody, allowing for natural creasing and posing without the "stiff plastic" look. The mask is also fabric, stretched over a sculpted head to maintain shape while allowing subtle expression changes.

Hot Take: Is This the Ultimate MCU Two-Pack?

Editor's Note: At $520, this set isn't cheap. But breaking it down—$260 per figure for this level of engineering and accessories is actually competitive with buying them separately (if they were ever sold separately, which they won't be).

The question isn't whether this is worth it. The question is: will you actually pose them, or are they going straight into a detolf to appreciate in value? Because Hot Toys packed this with enough personality that hiding them behind glass feels like a crime.

Pricing and Availability

The Deadpool & Wolverine Set is priced at $520 USD with the following options:

  • Sideshow Payment Plan: $58/month over 9 months
  • Deluxe Edition (+$80): Includes additional diorama piece with defeated TVA agents and "Prune Stick" accessory
  • Expected Ship: Q3 2027

Pre-orders open April 18 at Sideshow Collectibles, Hot Toys official distributors, and select comic shops. Edition size is not officially limited, but Hot Toys' previous MCU two-packs (Thor & Rocket, Hawkeye & Black Widow) sold out within 48 hours and now command $700+ on the secondary market.
